Positive Vibes Pilates offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you! All classes are 50 minutes, and every class will be different!
Discover progressive Pilates classes tailored to your skill level, ranging from Level 1.0 to 2.0. Classes increase in difficulty as you approach 2.0. Start with our foundational Reformer Flow Level 1 class, ideal for building core strength and technique. Progress to Level 1.5, integrating single-arm and leg movements, then Level 2.0, mastering standing exercises for enhanced precision and balance. Elevate your practice with us today!

Elevate your fitness with our contemporary Reformer Pilates classes, blending classical techniques with innovative twists. Strengthen and lengthen your body while enhancing balance and coordination. Flow seamlessly between equipment for a dynamic workout experience. Our classes provide a mix of Reformer and Mat Pilates, TRX®, Springboard, free weights, magic circles, Bosu, and resistance bands. PVPT offers several classes with specific goals in mind (i.e. cardio, stretching).
Our certified instructors can make adjustments during the class to account for different fitness levels or injuries.

Discover the transformative power of Pilates at PVPT. Join our Intro Class for a complimentary 30-minute session led by expert Instructors who will teach the basics of our Pilates Flow Classes, while also introducing you to the studio and our membership options.

We offer Free Introductory classes on Mondays at 6 p.m., Wednesdays at 11 a.m., and Saturdays at noon.
