“I've never done pilates before and had found their ad on my social media. Decided to give it a try and it was soooo worth it. I signed up for the level 1 flow class and it was so much fun. The group of individuals are so welcoming and accommodating and the instructor was super nice and patient in helping me learn the move sets for the class.
