Positive Vibes Pilates was founded in 2022 by Kendall and David Aguilar with a simple vision: create a welcoming space where people of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds can build strength, improve their health, and become part of a supportive community.

What began as a single studio in Waterford, Connecticut has grown into a thriving wellness community, leading to the opening of our second location in Westerly, Rhode Island in November 2025. Today, Positive Vibes Pilates proudly serves members across Southeastern Connecticut and Southern Rhode Island, helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
